Amanda McMahon

Property Administrator

Amanda joined SouthCoast in May 2014. Prior to joining SouthCoast, Amanda worked as an office manager for 10 years providing administrative support, organization, and accounting services while developing relationships with the eight staff she managed. Her experience includes developing and training on operating procedures as well as retaining and managing vendors with proper certifications to meet insurance requirements. Her experience also includes creating and ensuring budgets are adhered to as well as ensuring all accounting functions are performed timely and accurately, including year-end tax preparation and month and quarter-end reports.
