Andrea Hobday
Sr. Property Manager
Andrea joined SouthCoast as a Senior Property Manager in 2019. She is responsible for managing a portfolio of centers in South Carolina and Georgia. Andrea has worked in various roles in the Commercial Real Estate industry since 2007 and obtained her SC Real Estate License in 2012. Andrea loves to work with her tenants and see them succeed and thrive at our shopping centers. She is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management and is taking courses to complete her CPM designation. Andrea attended Graceland College in Lamoni, Iowa.
