Cyndi Rovinsky
Sr. Regional Property Manager
Cyndi Rovinsky joined SouthCoast in 2018. Cyndi is a Senior Regional Property Manager and primarily oversees properties that are managed through 3rd party. Prior to joining SouthCoast Cyndi was a Regional Property Manager at DDR (now Site Centers) handling over 4 million sf of shopping centers. Prior to that, she worked with Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust (PREIT) as a Senior Leasing representative. Cyndi served as a member and Chairwomen of the Delran Planning Board for several years. Cyndi attended Burlington County College with an A.A.S. in Business Management and a Certificate in Small Business Management. Cyndi has her Certified Leasing Specialist (CLS), Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM), and Certified Retail Real Estate Professional (CRRP) from ICSC.
