Dee Sumrall

Dee joined South Coast in July 2014. Dee’s career began in Apartment Management in the Tampa area where she went on to obtain a Florida real estate license and moved into the commercial shopping center arena in the 1990s serving on the development team as property manager/leasing agent for Watkins Diversified Development in Atlanta. Over the course of her career, she has managed several portfolios of 2,000,000 square feet or larger for Colonial Properties Trust and had the pleasure of being Vice President of Real Estate for Hard Rock Café for seven years. Dee is responsible to support 4 Property Managers that manage over 67 properties for South Coast. Dee is active in the Lymphoma & Leukemia Society and The American Cancer Society.
