Emily Maples
General Counsel
Emily Maples joined SouthCoast in 2016. She is responsible for providing legal guidance on SouthCoast’s acquisitions, dispositions, leasing matters, contract administration, property management and development matters, corporate governance, and risk management policies. Prior to SouthCoast, she was an associate in the Atlanta office of Womble Carlyle Sandridge and Rice, LLP and Parker, Hudson, Rainer and Dobbs LLP, where she worked on commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and finance. Emily holds a J.D. from Emory University School of Law and a B.A. in Economics and International Studies from Rhodes College.
