James Coley
Partner & Director of Acquisitions
James Coley joined SouthCoast in 2013. He is responsible for directing all phases of the firm’s acquisition and investment processes. Previously, James worked in historic redevelopment in Savannah, GA. Prior to this, he held roles including Development Manager for Goldman Properties in New York, Acquisitions & Development Manager for World-Wide Holdings, and five years of architectural practice in NYC. He is a licensed architect in South Carolina and an active member of the Urban Land Institute as well as the International Council of Shopping Centers. James holds an M.S. in Real Estate Development from Columbia University, an M.Arch. from Virginia Tech, and a B.A. from Wake Forest University.
