Marchelle Hill

Marchelle joined SouthCoast Commercial in March 2013. She originally joined as Property Records Administrator and Assistant Lease Administrator. Due to company growth, she transitioned into the role of Lease Administrator, in which she has contributed largely to the implementation of Yardi Voyager and management of the firm’s lease administration processes. Prior to joining SouthCoast, she spent over six years managing Federally funded multi-unit residential facilities for people with disabilities, and she spent over 10 years as an Assistant Manager of Operations with IHG (Intercontinental Hotel Group). She is also a seasonal employee of H&R Block.
