Richard Deriso
Chief Capital & Development Officer
Richard Deriso joined SouthCoast in 2020. He is responsible for sourcing new equity relationships and managing capital structure across the SouthCoast portfolio. Richard previously served as Principal at TPA Group, a real estate investment and development firm in Atlanta. Prior to this, he was Managing Director of AloStar Bank’s Asset Resolution Group and VP of BB&T’s Asset Resolution Group where he managed distressed commercial real estate assets acquired from the FDIC. He currently serves on the Corporate Board of Directors for Boys and Girls Clubs of Metro Atlanta. Richard holds a B.S. from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from Emory University.
