Sandra Harris brings 26 years of experience as a Lease Abstractor, Lease Administrator, and Lease Analyst Consultant with proven expertise in Real Estate Lease analysis, administration, and abstraction for complex retail, office, and industrial Leases. Sandra is primarily responsible for reviewing leases and supporting lease documents for shopping centers placed under contract, identifying, and communicating potential issues to the Director of Acquisitions, and abstracting key data into the company’s lease management system. Previously, Sandra was a Real Estate Paralegal and assisted with drafting and negotiating lease language for amendments, subleases, lease agreements, SNDAs, Estoppels, and lease confirmation certificates at HD supply. Sandra has worked closely with real estate accountants and tax accountants researching specific rent issues, in addition to performing rent accounting functions, and CAM/Tax/Insurance reconciliations. She also spent four years as a Commercial Real Estate Consultant specializing in financial due diligence and auditing the financial lease covenants pertaining to Minimum Rent, Percentage Rent, Real Estate Taxes, Common Area Maintenance or Operating Expenses, Insurance, Marketing/Media/Promotion Charges, and Utility Charges.
