Teresa Bonnstetter
Property Manager
Teresa Bonnstetter joined SouthCoast as a Property Manager in 2021. Teresa manages a portfolio that includes properties in Raleigh, Charlotte, Winston-Salem, and Wilmington. Prior to SouthCoast, Teresa worked for Koury Corporation in Greensboro, NC as a commercial property manager. Teresa was employed by Tanger Corporation as a lease administrator before working at Koury. She has served on the board of Mental Health Greensboro and volunteered with the Guilford Green Foundation. Teresa graduated from Guilford College with a B.A.S. in Justice and Policy.
